In what follows, you will find further important information for your visit to the museum.

Photography permits
Photography and filming in the museum is strictly for private use only. Prior permission in writing from the museum’s director must be obtained for all photographs or film or sound recordings that are not solely for private use.

Cloakroom
There is no cloakroom at the museum. Visitors can take jackets, bags and rucksacks into the museum.

Barrier-free access
The Jewish Museum is unfortunately not barrier-free.

Food and drink
Please note that visitors are not permitted to take food and drinks into the exhibition rooms.

Museum Shop
Our museum shop in the foyer sells books of local and general interest with an emphasis on Judaism. Picture postcards are on sale, and visitors will also find information for tourists.
